  • Shipping & Delivery Policy

    Blue Ribbon Millwork does not provide free shipping or free delivery services. All shipping, delivery, handling, and logistics services are chargeable and based on project specific requirements. Delivery costs are determined by factors including, but not limited to: location, project size, accessibility, and scheduling requirements. All applicable fees will be disclosed and must be approved by the customer prior to processing or delivery. Additional charges may apply for remote locations, restricted access areas, or special delivery conditions. No delivery will be scheduled or completed without prior confirmation and approval of all associated costs.

  • Ordering Policy 

    Customers are solely responsible for ensuring that all personal, billing, and project related information provided is complete, accurate, and up to date at the time of order. Once an order has been confirmed and approved by the customer, it shall be considered final, binding, and non reversible. Customers are responsible for thoroughly reviewing all specifications, drawings, selections, and documentation prior to approval. All cabinetry and millwork products are custom made to order. As such, cancellations, modifications, refunds, or returns are not permitted once production has commenced, except where required under applicable law or in cases of verified manufacturing defects or shipping damage. Full payment or agreed payment terms must be received prior to the commencement of production.
  • Design Service Policy 

    Design services are provided under the following conditions: Standalone Design Services (External Clients) Design services requested independently of a production or installation agreement are subject to an average project-based design fee, payable in advance. Design Services for Active Build Projects. For clients proceeding with manufacturing and installation through Blue Ribbon Millwork, design services may be offered at a reduced rate or included as part of the overall project scope. Eligibility, pricing, and inclusion are determined on a case by case basis and confirmed directly with the design team. All design work is based strictly on information provided by the client. While professional recommendations may be provided, final responsibility for review, approval, and selection of all design elements rests solely with the client prior to production. Blue Ribbon Millwork shall not be held liable for any decisions made by the client after approval of design drawings, specifications, or selections.

  • Trade Program Policies 

    The Trade Program is available exclusively to licensed contractors and qualified industry professionals. Proof of active business status may be required for enrollment and verification. Blue Ribbon Millwork reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Trade Program at any time without notice. Trade Program participants are subject to these Terms and Conditions unless otherwise explicitly agreed in writing.

  • Promotion Policies 

    All promotions, discounts, sales, and coupon codes apply only to new orders placed directly through official channels. Promotions cannot be applied retroactively, combined with other offers, or used in conjunction with previous purchases unless explicitly stated. Blue Ribbon Millwork reserves the right to modify or discontinue promotions at any time without notice.

  • Product Policies 

    All cabinetry is custom made and built to order. Minor variations in material, finish, or dimensions may occur due to the nature of natural materials and manufacturing processes. Delivery & Inspection Customers must ensure a suitable, dry, and accessible area is available for delivery. Items will be delivered to the first accessible dry location only. Packaging will not be opened unless visible external damage is present. Customers are responsible for inspecting all items upon delivery. Concealed damage must be reported within 30 days of delivery.

  • Returns, Cancellations & Changes 

    Custom cabinet orders are strictly non returnable and non cancellable once production has begun. Hardware and accessory items may be subject to separate return policies as outlined below.

  • Hardware & Accessories 

    Standard shipping for hardware and accessories is 3–10 business days. Free shipping thresholds may apply to qualifying orders as defined at the time of purchase. Claims for missing or damaged items must be submitted within 3 business days of receipt.

  • Sample Doors 

    Sample doors ship according to published cut off times and may qualify for standard shipping. Expedited shipping is available at additional cost. Returns must be made in original packaging within 30 days to qualify for refund eligibility.
  • Painted Wood Disclaimer 

    Natural wood products may expand, contract, or exhibit minor variations over time. These characteristics are not considered defects. Exposure to environmental conditions such as humidity, sunlight, or temperature changes may affect appearance over time.
  • Pricing & Payment 

    All pricing is subject to change without notice until an order has been formally confirmed and processed. Accepted payment methods include major credit cards, and e- transfer. 
  • Best Price Guarantee 

    Blue Ribbon Millwork may, at its sole discretion, review comparable competitor quotes submitted by customers.Only like for like, current, and verifiable quotes are eligible for review. Exclusions may apply, including promotional pricing, trade discounts, or discontinued products.
  • Warranty Policy

  • These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta and the applicable laws of Canada. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Edmonton, Alberta.
