A hinge broke on a kitchen cabinet at my daughter’s condo

A hinge broke on a kitchen cabinet at my daughter’s condo. After looking at the box stores, and ordering one from amazon, none were correct. I contacted Blue Ribbon and they had the correct one in stock. I went to pick it up and was told there would be no charge, “it is a gift” they said. A simple gesture that has now made a customer! Thank you.

I’m so impressed with Blue Ribbon’s customer service! I bought my kitchen cabinets from them 5 years ago, and recently noticed that some of the paint needed touch ups. Even though it was well past the warranty period, they came out and fixed everything completely free of charge  and even finished the work before the promised time. That kind of service is rare these days. The cabinets still look beautiful, and I really appreciate how Blue Ribbon stands behind their product. Highly recommend them

Blue Ribbon Millwork built and installed my hallway cabinets, and I absolutely love how they turned out! The color is beautiful, and the LED lighting behind the mirror adds such a special touch. My house lighting doesn’t do justice to the real colors in photos, and I’m definitely not the best at taking pictures, but I couldn’t wait to share! The job isn’t fully finished yet, and the cabinet fronts are still covered for protection, but I’ll update once everything is complete. I 100% recommend Blue Ribbon Millwork to everyone, the service and support are outstanding. You don’t feel like you’re just visiting a cabinet shop, you truly feel at home.

I recently worked with Blue Ribbon Cabinetry for a major home renovation involving 16 custom cabinets for four bathrooms and a laundry room. I chose their Select Oak solid wood, and the quality is exceptional.

Nesi was professional and attentive, providing a detailed quote and guiding the process smoothly. She introduced me to Ken, the shop lead, whose craftsmanship and attention to detail truly impressed me—as an avid woodworker, I could see the care and precision in every piece.

The finished cabinets look fantastic and function perfectly. Thank you, Nesi and Ken, for making this part of the renovation such a positive experience. Highly recommend!

Last year, we had to renovate our kitchen, and my contractor and my wife designed a kitchen layout that we handed over to Blue Ribbon Millwork. They took our ideas and supplied white Shaker style kitchen cabinets. Everything fit perfectly and easily. And best of all, Blue Ribbon's product was the least expensive of the cabinet makers we visited, but still had "expensive" features like easy-close doors and drawers. We got everything installed in a day. I heartily recommend Blue Ribbon Millwork.
